Dear candidates, you are all requested to please follow the guidelines for the degree attestation process:
- The E-service portal (eservices.hec.gov.pk) is a data fetching portal — it is not a production server or data hosting repository. Please avoid using the E-services portal for making your profile for degree attestation from HEC.
- Please make your educational profile first on the E-portal by clicking here: eportal.hec.gov.pk.
