Semester Fee & Payment Instructions
Semester and examination fees are payable each semester along with any outstanding dues from previous semesters. Morning Program students, Evening and KUBS Weekend Program students each follow their own payment windows; late payment surcharges apply after the published deadline, and students with more than two semesters of outstanding dues are treated as defaulters and charged a fixed re-admission fee.
On-Time Payment
Pay by the published deadline to avoid late fees; Morning Program students may not sit exams with outstanding dues.
Multiple Payment Options
Pay via UBL branches, the Kuick Pay app, or Al-Falah campus branches using your downloaded fee voucher.
How to Pay
- Download your fee voucher from the Semester Fee portal.
- Pay via a UBL branch, the Kuick Pay app, or an Al-Falah campus branch.
- Keep your paid voucher as proof of payment for the Semester Cell.
- Admit cards are withheld by the Semester Cell for fee defaulters.
- Late fees apply after the published deadline — 10% on the current semester and 20% on outstanding dues, plus a fixed Rs. 5,000 re-admission fee for defaulters of more than two semesters.
