Functional and operational efficiency of an organization depends predominantly on the quality of training of its members. With this premise in mind, the Sardar Yasin Malik Professional Development Centre (SYMPDC) was established on 29 October 2010. The Centre organizes job-oriented, focused training for entrepreneurs, executives, academia, business and administration professionals, and university-level students — enhancing their knowledge and expertise to face career challenges with efficiency and confidence.
