Colleges Affiliated With the University of Karachi
The University of Karachi is affiliated with a large number of Government and Private colleges across Sindh, which offer undergraduate and postgraduate programs under the University's examination system. Affiliation is administered by the University's Affiliation Secretariat under the oversight of the Affiliation Committee, which reviews and approves colleges seeking affiliation and monitors their continued compliance with University standards.
Government Colleges
A number of government colleges across Sindh are affiliated with the University of Karachi for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
Private Colleges
A number of private colleges across Sindh are also affiliated with the University of Karachi, operating under the same academic and examination framework.

- The Affiliation Secretariat maintains the current lists of affiliated Government and Private colleges. These lists are periodically updated as new colleges are affiliated or existing affiliations are renewed.
