Morning Programme
The Department of Sindhi started with a Masters programme only, but later an Honors Programme and Certificate and Diploma course were also introduced. The department offers Sindhi as a compulsory subject in lieu of Urdu in B.A / B.Sc & B.Com (Honors) 2nd year. The curriculum is regularly revised and updated by introducing the latest literature being produced by writers so taht students can keep themselves updated. Regular literary sittings/lectures are arranged to prepare the students producing creative literature and awareness of practical criticsm and to develop the skills of expression of opinion and presentation of their literary creations.
Scholars and writers are invited regurarly for extension lectures. Interaction with literary figures is a regular feature of the department's activisits.
