The Department of Computer Science, UBIT University of Karachi, is arranging a series of seminars and invited lectures in Soft Computing, Intelligent Systems and Bioinformatics from January 2010 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. S. M. Aqil Burney, Chairman (DCS) / Director (UBIT). The first lecture will be delivered by Prof. Khursheed Ahmed (Ph.D.) of Trinity College, University of Dublin, Professor of Computer Science and former professor of A.I at Surrey University, UK. The topic of lecture is “Learning and multi-model information” and it will be held on January 7th at 11:00 AM. Dr. Aqil Burney will also deliver a lecture on "Soft Computing".
