Laboratories
Presently the Department has two Research Laboratories where sophisticated facilities exist for research in Semiconductors, IR and Optical Detectors and Solar Cells .These have in part been funded by the University's own resources, NSRDB and PSF grants to various faculty members of the Department. One Ph.D. and four M.Phil. students are already working in these laboratories. Additionally, several 6 credit hours M.Sc. projects are currently awarded every year.
