Each candidate will have to qualify both sections of Karachi University                            Entrance Test consisting of the following.

1)       Section I     i. General English                       15 Marks
                              ii. Essay
           Section II    i. Jurisprudence                           45 Marks
                              ii. Islamic Jurisprudence
                              iii. Interpretation of Statutes

2).     The candidates securing 60% marks in each section shall be considered eligible to appear before the interview committee along with proposed research project, synopsis duly prepared in consultation with a qualified supervisor.

3).        Final merit list of the candidates will be prepared based on the following criteria.
a) Academic achievements                 20%(based on marks obtained in LLM)
b) KU Entrance Test                           60 %( based on score on Entrance Test)
c) Interview/Viva Voce                      20%(based on marks obtained in interview)
